Welcome to Shipyard Plantation.  Information about the Plantation will be forwarded to you within a few weeks of your closing. This information will help you become acquainted with the property and the role of the Shipyard Plantation Owners' Association.  Included in your package will be the following: a list of the Board of Directors, a list of regime managers, Security Access Policy procedures, Introduction to Life in Shipyard Plantation, Disaster Recovery Guidelines for Shipyard Plantation, other helpful information about Shipyard Plantation, a brochure, and a map of the Plantation.
